We will custom make your choice of beef, pork, chicken or turkey. Domestic meats only (no game, sorry!). Sausage can be fresh, smoked, breakfast style, or smokies, and we can add any spice, seasoning or traditional recipe ingredients that you wish. Popular choices are low salt, extra lean, and extra spicy, or bring us your special family recipe – your secret will be safe with us! Create that special sausage you just can’t find anywhere else.

Please note that there is a 10 pound minimum per order.

For a few years, we rarely ate sausages due to the high salt content and apprehension about increasing cardiac health risks, particularly blood pressure. However, Brett told us he could make low-salt sausages to order and we promptly jumped at his offer, including vacuum-packing in regular serving sizes (3-4) per package for a 10 pound order. We loved them and gave my parents (both in late 80's in Edmonton) some to try as they have similar health concerns. They enjoyed them so much that Dad wanted to go to Alpine as soon as they arrived on their next visit to stock up!
